x8888 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "x8888," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the x8888 platform, its operators, licensors, and affiliated entities operating the website at x8888.bio.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the x8888 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the x8888 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming, betting, account management, and payment services available at x8888.bio.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the x8888 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player using a supported payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) and credited to the player's x8888 wallet in PKR.

By accessing the x8888 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

x8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. To register and use the x8888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any corporate or commercial entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an x8888 employee or affiliated entity in a role that could create a conflict of interest with Platform operations.

x8888 employs automated age and identity screening tools as well as manual review processes. If x8888 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements, it reserves the right to suspend the Account and request additional verification documentation without prior notice.

Each individual may register and maintain one (1) x8888 Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your x8888 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any of the provided details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify x8888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting live chat support.
• x8888 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

x8888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, following any unusual betting pattern, or at any time x8888 deems necessary to comply with its licensing obligations.

All player funds on x8888 are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x8888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per method are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your x8888 wallet in real time or within the processing window of the selected payment provider. x8888 does not charge any fee for deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are beyond x8888's control and are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to first withdrawal.
• There must be no pending bonus wagering requirements associated with your current balance.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• x8888 charges no withdrawal processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sportsbook bets may have specific minimum odds requirements to qualify.

All games and betting markets available on the x8888 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or market outcome.

Casino Games: All slot, fishing, and instant-win games on x8888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each title reflects the long-term statistical average across all players and sessions and does not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Live Casino: Live dealer game results are determined in real time by the physical actions of a live dealer. Once a betting round is closed and a result confirmed by the live dealer studio system, that result is final and non-reversible.

Sports Betting: All sportsbook wagers are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Cricket and PSL bet settlement follows official match result confirmation from the relevant governing body (PCB / ICC). In the event of match abandonment, void, or result revision by the governing body, x8888 reserves the right to void, amend, or re-settle affected bets in accordance with industry-standard settlement rules.

• x8888 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by manifest errors, including pricing errors that are clearly inconsistent with fair market odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per player tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• x8888 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any account that consistently exploits pricing inefficiencies or demonstrates professional sharp-betting patterns at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x8888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information including date of birth, identity, or payment method ownership.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or data-mining tool to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to recovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any x8888 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x8888 Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Use any x8888 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context without express prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the Platform for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x8888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the x8888 Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• System downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to Platform availability.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks).
• Errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances that are promptly corrected upon identification.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred through gambling activity, including but not limited to loss of deposited funds through game play or sports betting.

The x8888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x8888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with your local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of x8888 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

x8888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that empower players to manage their gaming activity. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum allowable net loss over a defined period. x8888 will prevent further real-money play once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or hard session cut-offs after a specified duration of continuous play.

Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Balance (net of any void bonuses and pending investigations) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all required verification and investigation procedures.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x8888 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bonus settlement, withdrawal, or Account action, players are encouraged to follow the process below:
